Miradouro de Cordoama
Hoch oben über dem Atlantik, an der Westküste der Algarve, liegt der Aussichtspunkt de Cordoama. Wie eine große Kanzel bietet er herrliche Ausblicke über die Küste nach Süden und Norden sowie Schwindel erregende Blicke nach unten auf den Strand.
High above the Atlantic Ocean, on the west coast of the Algarve, lies the Cordoama viewpoint. Like a large pulpit, it offers magnificent views over the coast to the south and north, as well as dizzying views down to the beach below.

Und dann verstehen wir, warum hier mehrere Wohnmobile aus Norwegen, Deutschland, Frankreich und der Schweiz geparkt sind. Es sind die Unterkünfte von Gleitschirm-Fliegern. Offenkundig ist hier der Wind gut geeignet, um über der Klippe zu fliegen und Runden zu drehen.
And then we understand why several motorhomes from Norway, Germany, France and Switzerland are parked here. They are the accommodation for paragliders. Obviously, the wind here is well suited for flying over the cliff and doing laps.
