Arcos de la Frontera
Die „Weißen Dörfer“ in Andalusien sind weithin bekannt. Ihre weiß gekalkten Häuser und die schmalen, verwinkelten Gassen sind typisch. Die „Straße der weißen Dörfer“ (Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos) ist die reizvolle Landstraßenroute durch eine teils gebirgige Naturlandschaft, die die Orte verbindet. Arcos de la Frontera gilt als Hauptort und eines der schönsten dieser Dörfer. Am Morgen des letzten Tages im Jahr sind wir mal wieder vor dem Frühstück unterwegs und erklimmen den Berg mit dem Dorf.
The ‘White Villages’ in Andalusia are widely known. Their whitewashed houses and narrow, winding alleys are typical. The ‘Road of the White Villages’ (Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos) is the charming country road route through a partly mountainous natural landscape that connects the villages. Arcos de la Frontera is considered the main town and one of the most beautiful of these villages. On the morning of the last day of the year, we are once again on the road before breakfast and climb the mountain with the village.
